Platform
One system for the record, the reasoning and the care in between.
Scrips is an operating system for the clinic. The apps your team and patients use sit on three layers that share one record.
Request a DemoAn illustration of Scrips: three apps on the surface (Scrips Practice for the front desk, Scrips Practitioner for the care team, and a patient app in development) running on three layers: a system of record, a system of reasoning with Scrips Orb as the intelligence behind it, and a system of engagement.
Scrips keeps the record, reasons over it, works with the care team and supports care between visits. The apps are the surface; the layers underneath are what make it an operating system for the clinic.
1System of record
Every patient, encounter and claim, in one place.
The clinical record and practice management in one system: patients, encounters, scheduling, telehealth, billing and claims.
The front desk, the clinicians and the billing team all work from the same record.
2System of reasoning
See how each patient’s health is changing.
Labs, vitals, visits and, where available, patient-generated health data on one timeline, against targets the clinician sets.
Programmes are built once as care models, so every patient on a programme follows the same plan.
An illustration of one synthetic patient’s year in Scrips: lab markers at each visit, home blood pressure, and patient-generated movement and sleep data on one timeline, each moving into its target range.
Behind the reasoning
Scrips Orb: context across the whole journey.
Scrips Orb is the intelligence behind the system of reasoning: a contextual intelligence layer across the patient journey and history, working in care and in operations.
Its value is context-aware reasoning across each patient’s trajectory. The clinician remains responsible for clinical decisions.

3System of engagement
Care that continues between visits.
Today the care team keeps patients connected between visits through video check-ins, results reviews and the next visit already booked, all in the same record.
The wider engagement layer is the direction Scrips is building towards, including a patient app that is in development.

One team, one record
One record. Every specialty works in it.
Physician, nutritionist, exercise physiologist and nurse coordinator see the same patient, each with their own focus.

One loop
One loop, one platform.
Patient data reaches the care team, the care plan changes, and the care team takes it back to the patient at the next check-in or visit.
- 1The loop closesEach signal reaches the right person on the care team.
- 2Less manual workLess re-typing between systems, and fewer exports to chase.
