This website is operated by Scrips (legal entity name to be confirmed), Cloud Desk 23, Level 14, Al Sarab Tower, Abu Dhabi Global Market Square, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE (“Scrips”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

This policy covers scrips.com and the enquiry forms on it. It does not cover patient information held in the Scrips platform by clinics that use it. That information is handled under each clinic’s own agreements with Scrips and the clinic’s own privacy notices.

When you send an enquiry, such as a demo request, we collect:

• your name, work email address and role
• your clinic or group, and its country
• the clinic system you use today, if you tell us
• anything you write in the message field
• the page you sent the enquiry from and any campaign tags in the link you followed

Our website host also records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the website secure and working.

Please do not send patient information through this website or by email. Our forms are not designed for it, and we will delete any patient information we receive this way.

We use your information because it is necessary to respond to a request you have made, for our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business (balanced against your rights), or, where required, with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Your enquiry goes to the Scrips team. We also use service providers that process information on our behalf, such as our website hosting provider and the provider that delivers enquiry emails. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some of our service providers may process information outside the UAE. Where they do, we take steps to make sure your information is protected to the standard required by applicable data protection law.

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows, and then for as long as needed to meet legal and business record-keeping requirements. After that we delete it.

Depending on the law that applies, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. To make a request, email info@scrips.com.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the relevant data protection authority, such as the ADGM Office of Data Protection.
